Lori Duckworth

Lori brings over two decades of legal expertise. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1997. Her career spans federal civil litigation in the U.S., where she worked as both a client advocate and a judicial attorney for the United States federal courts, as well as in-house counsel roles for global financial services firms such as BlackRock, Cazenove and Old Mutual during her 15 years in London.

With more than 12 years of experience working in-house for global corporations and over a decade in contentious litigation, Lori brings a wealth of practical knowledge and strategic insight to her practice. Her qualifications to practice law in England, Wales, and the United States further underscore her versatility and international reach. Lori is committed to delivering innovative legal solutions and navigating the complexities of an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

Lori has advised on asset and wealth management, investment funds, and international financial regulations, and has been the lead negotiator Fortune 500 corporations. Her diverse experience equips her with a unique perspective on navigating complex legal and financial landscapes. Lori’s career includes serving as Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio, where she gained invaluable experience in public service and legal advocacy.

Outside of her professional life, Lori enjoys travel, hiking, skiing, and cooking. She lives in London with her three children and dog.
