What is the typical size of a greenfield or brownfield site for EV charging?

Site sizes can vary by the requirement of a charging point operator and the location. Sites between 400 sq. metres to 6,000 square meters are generally preferred. Sites that are easily accessible from a motorway or arterial roads are preferred.

As a Landlord with no EV (Electric Vehicle) charging point capacity in a car park could I electrify some of it?

Depending on your business model and local regulations, you may have the option to charge a fee for EV charging services. This can create an additional revenue stream for your property while
